International finance is undergoing changes today, managing financial management is undergoing a form of mutation in corporate treasury structures in Latin America; banking in Venezuela has not been the same for 10 years; it is worth noting that since 2015 financial technology companies in Venezuela are breaking the established mold and are ending the rigid structures that prevailed so far. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate a construct to a strategic management model in Venezuelan Fintechs. Through a reflective mental process, the author, supported by a documentary research and the review of Fintech companies in the central region of the country, manages to generate a convenient academic approach; therefore, this research could provide an advance in the managerial processes of multifactorial strategies that may have an impact on the operational results of this type of companies.
