The purpose of this research is to describe the way in which health sector workers perceive the level of administrative management, given that the success of an institution depends on the role played by each and every one of the workers, so this article was developed under the quantitative, basic approach at a simple descriptive level, A non-experimental cross-sectional design was applied, consisting of a population of 122 workers, 92 workers were selected through a convenience sampling, justifying itself because the Managerial prototype is applicable to any organizational model with the desire to increase its productivity and achieve success through human potential. Likewise, it is oriented to identify if the public entities in the conduction of the Administrative Management, make an effort to stand out and distinguish themselves through planning, organization, direction and control, to obtain an efficient achievement of their goals; in such sense, this article is structured in VII Chapters: discussion, conclusion, recommendations, bibliographical references, annexes among others.
