Impact of ICTs on job competencies

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between ICTs and labor competencies. The research was applied, with a quantitative approach and an experimental, pre-experimental design. The population consisted of 30 executives, which was defined probabilistically. The data were collected using the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, which was validated by means of expert judgment. Reliability was determined using Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient.
