Quality is an element present in all aspects of human life. So it’s no different with service quality, which is responsible for the company’s continued growth, as well as achieving customer satisfaction. Quality service is extremely important because it is the salesperson who earns the trust and loyalty of the customer, so that the company can continue to operate and stand out from its competitors.
