This study is a pioneering piece of scientific research in the fields of logistics and governance between Morocco and West Sub-Saharan Africa. It consists of an introduction, a well-developed research methodology, a first part, two titles and each title comprises three chapters, with conclusions and bibliography.The first title and its chapters deal with and analyze the development of logistics and transport between Morocco and West Sub-Saharan Africa from the 11th century to the present day, showing its strengths and weaknesses and their impact on the development of relations between Moroccan and African dynasties.The second title and its chapters deal with the issues of logistics and governance in Morocco and the ECOWAS countries during the first twenty years of the third millennium, based on specific indices. Comparisons have shown that the levels of development of these indices differ from country to country, with Morocco taking first place.
