With the rapid changes taking place (economic, political and cultural) in the world, the concept of work is being redefined, bringing with it major transformations in the area of human resources, in which organisations need to develop new competences and skills to meet the uncertainties and turbulence of the business world. This study is qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and conclusive in nature. The data was collected through self-completion questionnaires, which were answered by each director and their immediate staff at the TRT 24th Region, with the aim of identifying the degree of competences of the directors.
