We establish relationships between generations that share cultures of two centuries. Principals and teachers of the 20th century trying to create pedagogical ties with natives of the 21st century in a world of profound cultural, economic, political and identity differences. Diversity of conceptions, worldviews, ethical models, are the framework of educational models that seek equality, try to be equitable and have as a final goal educational justice, a distant horizon for underdeveloped nations. The search for alternative solutions to the problems of Management from a holistic, integral, systemic viewpoint can be achieved from a situated, punctual scale, adjusted to the immediate environment that takes advantage of the enormous wealth of community resources, gives value to the word, cares for, creates and embraces those who go through the trajectory. Because education is a right, not a privilege. Because who educates, takes care, weaves plots, authorizes, emancipates....because to educate is to open doors.
