Education has undergone changes over time. It is necessary to think about and address current issues. The book is divided into three productions arising from my concerns as a "teacher-student". The first article, entitled MEN IN CHILDREN’S EDUCATION: AN ANALYSIS OF THE DISSERTATIONS (2013 - 2016) ON THE BDTD PLATFORM, presents masculinities in children’s education. Thus, we sought to raise the following problem: How do scientific productions support male teaching work in early childhood education? The second, entitled BETWEEN PRESERVATION AND AWARENESS: REFLECTIONS ON THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PCNS TO THE EARLY YEARS OF EDUCATION, seeks to analyze how the National Curriculum Parameters - environment portray environmental education in the early years of elementary school. Finally, the third production, AND NOW, HOW TO CONSOLIDATE THE PEDAGOGICAL POLICY PROJECT? THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISOR aims to investigate the challenges faced by educational supervisors in consolidating the Pedagogical Political Project, considering their responsibilities and attributions, as well as the legal provisions.
