Graffiti in communication: from rubbish to luxury

In the art world, graffiti is discriminated against by the graffiti artists themselves or by a wide range of them, since many don’t consider it graffiti the moment it goes to the gallery because it loses its essence. Graffiti is the expression of an oppressed people, it’s the way they found to put out what they were feeling and to show what they wanted to express in different ways, but couldn’t. It’s a way of expressing what they were feeling.
