This book was written by state civil servants from the state of Minas Gerais and aims to deal with the issue of innovation in organisations, especially with a focus on analysing the organisational context of public administration. The book aims to help broaden the field of study on the subject of innovation in public management and to analyse management innovation projects developed in the state of Minas Gerais. By analysing the data collected, the aim was to highlight the main advances achieved by innovation, as well as the main obstacles identified to its implementation.
