The school is immersed in a social environment, therefore, it must have a socializing function where every student subjected to it must develop his self-confidence, mutual respect, solidarity, sincerity and acceptance of himself and his classmates. The interactions between teacher and student and between student and student must take place in a framework of respect and affectivity. The also called negotiation relations between these two agents is what we call classroom climate, which refers to the qualities and behaviors of teachers as facilitators in their pedagogical work and the interaction between learners in order to carry out collaborative learning.
