The report is based on the interest of the Mundo Verde Association to be recognized for its work both nationally and internationally and to show its brand in order to have better partnerships for the management of the collected waste material and of course to achieve brand recognition at local, regional and international level. The first objective is a context study where a proposal was presented to meet the needs of Mundo Verde, in the second, the diagnosis of the association was made, followed by the third objective, which is the complementation of the first four pillars of the international standard of excellence EFQM (leadership, people, strategic policy and alliances and resources), as the fourth objective is the international prospective of the brand with which we intend to make a strong push on marketing issues with different actions to be carried out. All of the above is done so that the association is prepared to venture into other contexts performing the same work of impact with knowledge and excellence in its processes.
