In this essay you will find reflections lived by the author himself, being a teacher and active teacher in the Venezuelan educational system, which for him the critical humanist pedandragogy as an approach that reaches a great importance and indispensable socialist tool in the scenarios where the educator develops, since it allows him to transmit his physical-spiritual academic freedom respecting his identity in the classroom and outside it, promoting new knowledge, organisations, methods, techniques, strategies, styles and ways in the active socio-cultural and educational participation in collective with the students, as well as with their peers; shaping each other, in search of the understanding of their reality, turning them into effective innovators, developers, researchers and extensionists in the transcendental educational system of the 21st century.
