The aim of this research is to determine, based on the opinions of the employees, how physical activity and sport influence the quality of life in order to enhance an effective work climate. A structured questionnaire was applied based on three dimensions: Organisational Climate, Quality of Working Life and Physical Activity and Sport. The main results show that according to the opinions of the workers of small companies, the influence of Physical Activity on the quality of life allows to enhance an effective work climate, so that the emergence of a Quality of Work Life depends on the Organisational Climate.
