Every day the activities of the tourism sector are expanding and involving different agents to provide and make possible tourism services, integrating economic activity in the population. As in developed countries, working hours have been reduced and free time for rest and leisure has increased, giving rise to trips, visits to family or friends, promoting recreational activities. Travel agencies present a very competitive market, due to the demands between companies in the same field and the consumer is becoming more skilled and has an essential tool which are the media and social networks that facilitate information and can compare prices and services offered by travel agencies, therefore, the consumer has the ability to seek sufficient information to stop going to the intermediary services of travel agencies.
