Using banking as a means of value creation

A strategy is presented to be implemented by an employed natural person, acquiring good debt to invest in real estate that is leased and financial instruments that increase profitability over time in order to be applied through the alternatives offered by the Chilean market, for which part of the concepts developed by Robert Kiyosaki, author of the Best Seller of Management, Rich Dad Poor Dad and by Warren Buffett, who in 2016 was nominated as the third richest man in the world, are used. ＂From birth to death man lives as a member of a society, and to live in society is to be under the influence of a large number of social factors. The central characteristic of a society is an organised collectivity of people who act towards each other, whose activities are centred around a common set of goals and who tend to share collective beliefs, attitudes and behaviour. The first words of this paragraph define an essential aspect of human beings: their being with and for each other.
