This book is a publication on the labor climate of social workers based on data from two surveys carried out by the Official Association of Social Work of La Rioja: a survey of job placement conducted among a sample of 271 active members of the Association and a survey of job and professional satisfaction conducted among 197 members of the Association. The contents of the survey analyze the socio-demographic, training and employment situation of social workers in La Rioja, their job satisfaction from the perspective of Herzberg’s bifactor theory and the acquisition of skills in their work performance.
