The aim of this article is to show the results of studies at the State Women’s Support Reference Center - CREAM in the capital of Manaus/AM. In order to understand the issue of the non-return of women in situations of violence. We analyzed how the Quality of Management influences the care provided to women in situations of violence. Highlighting the importance of the care offered by CREAM to these women, so that the service is delivered efficiently and effectively and, above all, so that they feel safe to seek help. Through data collected in the reports for the first quarter of the current year, identifying the organization’s situation regarding the use of tools or information systems that help with Information Management so that they contribute to the return of those assisted; mapping the Zones where those assisted live to help the organization understand if the distance factor is a major factor in the non-return of those assisted. We found a space for welcoming women in situations of violence, providing psychological and social care, guidance and legal referrals. It provides the necessary support to overcome the situation of violence.
