Transgenerationality

＂It happened by chance＂. How many times have we come across this expression? Chance brings us the threads that we add to our fabric. We carry pieces of the stories we’ve lived and the people we’ve met. We are made up of the wishes of others, the words spoken about us, the prophecies of our ancestors. All this enriches and organizes us, but it can also trap us in a path of discomfort, repetition and paralysis. It is at this point that therapeutic help can set us in motion and dissolve some of the knots in this weave, allowing the subject to come back to themselves and weave new paths, because we have the freedom to choose, decide, transform and weave new weaves.
