The research is devoted to the organization of one of the directions of psychological service activity - educating teachers, which should occupy one of the central places in the system of work of an educational institution. The book presents an analysis of the organization of educational activities in work with teachers. It is experimentally proved that the increase of psychological competence of teachers is possible at purposeful organization of educational activity on the basis of complex measures. The results presented in the paper can serve as a basis for further empirical research to improve the activity of psychological service in an educational institution. They also reveal new aspects and opportunities for the organization of psychological education of the teaching staff by the manager of an educational institution.
