The purpose of this book is oriented to offer a guide on the process of installation and administration of overlay networks using the ONOS Framework (Open Network Operating System). Initially, an introduction to overlay networks is given, followed by the theoretical fundamentals, installation, application execution and finally the development of device identification and manipulation exercises. In a general view, what is desired in this book, is to offer a guide that illustrates the reader in a theoretical way and then the interaction with the work environment for overlay networks.
