Humanising management arouses curiosity when the emphasis is placed on the company environment, its relationship with employees and other parties involved in the organisation. This way of thinking about management presupposes the immediate consideration of business activity in its choices and decisions. Therefore, when you enter the world of the company, you realise the values it has adopted and the basis on which it is founded. This leads to a number of problems: "What values should be adopted as the foundation of a company’s management?" or even, "Is it possible for a company to develop humanising management without giving up its vocation for business?" The answer to these questions is to verify those values that best contribute to the emancipation of the person and guarantee the right to freedom, dignity and spirituality as goods proper to the human species.
