Since ancient times, work has played an important role in people’s lives, as it is from work that they make a living and maintain their families. It can be seen that over time the experience of work has undergone profound transformations that have repercussions today, given that man is constantly on the move in the world, and as he goes on in his existence, he transforms and generates new meanings and attributes other meanings to his daily life. It was from this ability to think about the world that reflections emerged on the representation of work, which to this day has not ceased to be an essential part of man’s life and represents the reason for his existence. In this respect, Haddad (2000) corroborates us when he states that "the quality of life at work is the greatest determinant of quality of life, because life without work has no meaning".
