The twenty first century workforce consists of Generations X, Y and Z. Each generation is diverse in regard to work psychology (i.e. science of people behavior at work place). Organizations (HR practitioners) will require to know work behavior pattern of each generational employees. Insight into work behavior patterns will enable organizations (HR practitioners) to implement and execute customized strategies that will create productive and effective work environment for each generational employees. The present study explored the work psychology of three generations. A survey of 357 employees of automobile industry in North Central region of India was conducted. The present study was done on nine parameters - personality attributes, emotional intelligence, learning style preferences, training needs, technical skills and abilities, modes of communication, attitude towards change acceptance, well-being requirements and reverse mentoring. Results show differences and similarities among three generational employees in regard to the nine parameters of work psychology.
