This essay is an in-depth study of picture books.The first chapter discusses the importance of reading from early childhood and picture books, in particular, to educate about emotions, not neglecting silent books. The picture book should always be chosen according to age.In the next chapter, we show the picture book as a tool for relationship, sharing and inclusion to promote reading and train motivated and critical readers.In the third and final chapter, we look at training projects for kindergarten educators.
