Urinary Antigens in the Diagnosis of CAP in Hospitalized Adults

Etiological diagnosis in Community-Acquired Pneumonia remains a challenge, despite the countless scientific advances made in recent years. Understanding our microbiological reality will facilitate the creation of therapeutic guidelines based on the local reality, with local resistance models, aimed at our population and with higher success rates. Advances in diagnostic techniques will improve survival, the rational use of antibiotics and the success of therapeutic strategies.
