The country’s major economies emerged shortly after the Second World War with the advance of industry, and these changes contributed to the development of the tertiary sector in Brazil. As a result, companies are looking for a competitive edge to stand out in the market. This growth is directly linked to the quality of service. Today, organisations not only need to meet their customers’ needs, but exceed them. With this in mind, the Business Administration course also emerged, which began during the Getúlio Vargas government and expanded as a result of the industrialisation process that the country was going through at the time. Today, the Business Administration course is one of the most sought-after, and the number of institutions offering the course in Brazil is growing. In this way, this study analyses the quality of teaching on the IFPB’s Bachelor of Business Administration course, with the aim of checking how the quality of teaching is so that students are trained and competent to work in the market.
