One of the trends to solve the various problems and challenges generated by the Big Data context is the movement called NoSQL (Not only SQL). What is also driving the creation of NoSQL data processing systems is their inference to complex, semi-structured or unstructured data, present today in social networks, sensors, Internet logs, among others. This book aims to present a reference architecture for processing unstructured data, inherent to the reality of federal education institutes, so that they can provide analysis on data from local networks, social networks, intranets, the Internet and any connected device. Products such as Hadoop, Hive, HBase and others show the large number of NoSQL solutions available on the market for future choice when implementing applications.
