The Psychology of Deviant Behavior textbook allows students to understand and explore what is normal and deviant behavior and what it manifests itself in. Deviant behavior is behavior that deviates from generally accepted norms. The textbook in the process of training a specialist forms the ability to identify risk groups for the formation of various forms of deviant behavior (addictive, aggressive, illegal, extremist, suicidal), to conduct preventive and corrective work, to provide legal counseling for adolescents and their families in difficult life situations, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation of deviant adolescents and youth. The peculiarities of upbringing of adolescents with deviant behavior in the family, psychological features of socialization of adolescents are considered.
