Educational establishments operate in an environment marked by intensifying pressures from all sides, while their operational modes remain hampered by intrinsic organizational rigidities that sometimes stem from approximate management. Enhancing their effectiveness therefore requires the adoption of principles likely to achieve better results, with a strong emphasis on innovation. It is in this context that we propose the use of socio-economic managerial innovations.The results obtained through this approach have enabled us to identify ways of improving the organization’s social and economic performance, through concrete actions to transform hidden costs into added value.
