MUKADI KANINGU Pierre was born in Lubumbashi on April 09, 1974.Congolese for both father and mother, Mukadi’s origins lie in Bena Mbayi Miketa, Miabi territory in Kasaï Oriental province. After four years of primary school at the Majiliyo elementary school in Lubumbashi, he obtained his Certificat d’études primaires at the Mokili school complex in Kinshasa, where he also obtained his State Diploma in Biochemistry in 1992. From 1995 to 1999, he took his first steps at the Institut Supérieur de Techniques Médicales (ISTM) in Kinshasa, where he obtained a diploma in Laboratory Techniques.After a few years of practice, successively at the OPTIMED pharmaceutical laboratory, the clinic of the Cité de l’Union Africaine (formerly "Organisation de l’Unité Africaine") and the Institut National de Recherche Biomédicale, he continued his studies at the ISTM and obtained his Licence en Biologie Médicale in 2008. Shortly before 2010, he was awarded a grant from the Belgian Directorate General for Development Cooperation, enabling him to begin his doctoral research, the results of which will be defended in 2017 at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lubumbashi.
