For some years now, the transfer of students with special needs from special education to mainstream education has been taking place in Brazil. However, schools and educators have not been prepared for this change, and physical and attitudinal barriers to inclusion still prevail. It is believed in this research that one of the ways to solve this problem is to work on the inclusion of blind students through experimentation and digital teaching resources. In the scientific literature, there are already several teaching resources that have been created or adapted, but there is still a lot to be done, especially for students with special needs. Considering Vygotsky’s theory, in which students with special needs should learn the same content with the same degree of demand as others, and using a multisensory methodology, we developed teaching material consisting of a didactic sequence and adapted materials with the aim of facilitating the teaching-learning process of the chemical reactions content for students with or without sight problems.
