Throughout history, labor relations have been gaining more and more importance in the labor world, although apparently the financial part of the organizations still has a greater weight, the benefits of a good working relationship between owners and collaborators are increasingly studied, with all the implications that this entails. In this research work, the objective was to know the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Working Conditions of the collaborators of a toast factory located in the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, with the interest of identifying areas of opportunity and to take actions for the benefit of them and the company.
