Entre-Linhas is a profile-reportage book about the women who are members of the Bordana Cooperative, in Conjunto Caiçara, in Goiânia. The hands become aware of their space and embroider with thread and needle, now an extension of the body. The body is also an instrument of struggle and embroidery is the verb, an action intensified by the shared journey of women in the solidarity economy. Bordana is a channel that enables these women to enter the job market in a system that doesn’t provide opportunities. Bordana is also an act that elevates the body in the struggle for emancipation - from the rigid system that imprisons and gives no space. Migration is a cut-out that forms a portrait, patches that show the embroidery of a feminine motif.
