A preliminary list of pollinators of Iberian orchids is presented. The main pollinators are bees (Hymenoptera Apoidea) both long-tongued (Apidae, Megachilidae) and short-tongued (Andrenidae, Halictidae, Colletidae). The honey bee (Apis mellifera L.) is the pollinator that visits the most orchid species, followed by bumblebees (Bombus spp.).In the genus Ophrys the genera Eucera (Apidae) and Andrena (Andrenidae) present a large number of species as pollinators of Mediterranean orchids.
