The perspective of education as life support and innovation concerns the individual in their biography and society in its ability to shape and change. What is needed are political agreements on the use of the foundations of life and the facilitation of life opportunities. Change begins on a small scale in the everyday lives of individuals. Educational institutions can start with a rethink. The areas are diverse, such as childhood, youth education, higher education and adult education, age education, denominational education and personnel development. Formats of teaching can be service events, virtual teaching workshops and documentation of case studies. The study deals with the element of educational quality in a pluralistic society and also sees itself as a partial contribution to political education.
