Ethnobotany of Northern Pakistan

Pakistan is blessed with a variety of floristic diversity ranging from tropical regions to sub alpine and alpine regions. There exists a cultural variation among different regions and Northern Areas of Pakistan are unique in their socio economic traditions. People are largely dependent upon natural resources and to be more precise plant resources. This book basically deals with that traditional knowledge of plants that lies with old age people and is passed to next generations. This is an effort to explore all possible relationships of people of Northern Areas with plants. This information is equally beneficial to the general public as well as students, researchers and teachers related with plant sciences.
