QSE in the dynamics of sustainable development in the Sahel

The man of the 21st century is discovering himself with dismay, even anguish.As a result, he is faced with uncertainties about the effects of his actions, or with serious environmental threats.That’s why it’s important to rethink an alternative for a better world.
