The success of the human resources digitalisation strategy

Organizations today are facing a whole new revolution, dubbed the ＂fourth industrial revolution＂. This transformation has been brought about, in particular, by digitization, robotics, machine learning and automation (Enkhjav, Szira, and Varga, 2021). Thus, we can say that the first decade of the 21st century has seen the arrival of a new technological era that blurs the boundaries between what is technological and physical, as well as biological and digital (Sotnikova, Nazarova, Nazarov, and Bilokonenko, 2020 ).In today’s economic context, marked by uncertainty and fierce, cut-throat competition, the sustainability of companies is seen in their ability to adapt quickly to change and innovate. As a result, it is vital for companies to keep pace with frequent changes in the environment, so that they can guarantee their survival by maintaining an advantageous competitive position.
