Intercultural competence has become increasingly important in a society characterized by plurality, change, contradictions, differences and universality in ethnicity, education and upbringing, economics, politics, culture, religion and law. Living together in society must be seen as an aspiration. Problem areas such as political dimensions, economy, culture-religion, the social environment, historical development and social changes are clearly visible in certain areas of society and should not be viewed in isolation from the social context and development. Interculturality offers great opportunities, as it is about enrichment, new developments and the discovery of commonalities. Intercultural openness has become a key concept in organizational development. People open up organizations, companies, businesses and institutions interculturally.
