Quantum Technologies: Foundations, Trends, and Uzbekistan’s Experience

This monograph explores the scientific foundations, modern development trends, and the national perspective of quantum technologies, with particular attention to Uzbekistan. It examines the historical emergence of quantum mechanics through landmark experiments and theoretical breakthroughs, and analyzes how these have shaped the second generation of quantum technologies, including quantum computing, communication, cryptography, and sensing.
