Fundamentals of Financial Control

The textbook reveals the historical aspects of the emergence and development of state financial control. It examines the theoretical foundations of financial control, the organisation and implementation of external and internal financial control, the procedure for evaluating the effectiveness of budget programmes during their planning and implementation, and the procedure for organising and conducting financial reporting control in state institutions. The textbook is intended for undergraduate and master’s students majoring in economics.
