Family Business & Transgenerationality

Family businesses account for 80% of companies in virtually every country in the world. Studying them reveals several nuances in terms of their characterization and orientation toward a common concept. There are several challenges for them to remain in the market after the succession process, one of which is the structuring of a Transgenerational platform that will enable interaction between generations and the discussion of decisions made throughout the management of a family.
