This Volume 6 presents a phased, governance-driven roadmap to translate diagnostics into executable change. Dedicated to my uncles Olivier and Fiston Sekimonyo and my aunt Nicole Sekimonyo, it answers research question Q6 and tests hypothesis H6: that a detailed plan with actions, timeline, resource estimates, governance, monitoring and ROI-based prioritization-plus pilot phases-yields sustainable operational improvement. Methodology combines project-engineering, field validation and iterative learning, producing a structured action plan, KPI dashboard, M&E protocol, controlled pilot and validation workshop. Calibrated by Part V empirical gains (≈94% inventory accuracy; ≈18.8% lead-time reduction; >50% error cut; DQI >=95%; ≈12% CPM reduction), the plan requires meeting technical and governance gates (e.g., DQI >=95%, WMS >=99%, >=80% adoption) to ensure scalable, sustainable results.
