Lifestyle provides families and professionals with answers to improve the quality of life of older adults. It is common that the answers given to the challenges of current aging do not correspond to the degree of social development of the 21st century. This is due to the lack of an interdisciplinary gerontological perspective. Quality aging can only be achieved if the biological, psychological, social and spiritual bases of each individual are known. Based on these data, the effect of lifestyle on aging is examined.
