One-Pot Biginelli Synthesis in Recent Advance: A Comprehensive Study

Nowadays, one-pot reaction is one of the attractive reaction method in the organic synthesis. Specially, Biginelli reaction is much families in one-pot synthesis. The synthetic basic methodology of biginelli reaction still same as the interaction of ethyl acetoacetate, urea, and an appropriate aryl aldehyde, which was first discovered by Pietro Biginelli in 1893. Here, in this review, we have describedon some various methodology, reaction time, yield and various catalyst for the biginelli synthesis.
