ROC national defense report 2025

本次國防報告書是第18次出版，係依《國防法》第30條之規定，國防部定期提出國防報告書，向國人說明當前安全環境、國軍戰備整備與國防施政現況暨成效，展現國防政策透明度，凝聚全民防衛意志，強化國人對國防的信心，共同保家衛國，維護民主與自由的生活。

This is the 18th ROC National Defense Report, which is published in accordance with Article 30 of the National Defense Act. The MND periodically publishes the ROC National Defense Report to explain to citizens the current security environment, the combat readiness of the ROC Armed Forces, and the current status and results of national defense administration, thereby demonstrating the transparency of national defense policy, strengthening the willpower of all-out defense, and gaining citizens’ confidence regarding national defense, so that they will jointly defend the nation and protect Taiwan’s democracy and liberty.
