This cookbook records Mom Astrid’s and Mama Catherine’s traditional recipes, handed down through word of mouth and handwritten notes, as well as some from other family and friends. While East Indians tend to cook without measurements, as a real labor of love, sister-authors Abby and Sarah Rebello have supplied them so anyone make these dishes.
