博客來Jordi Garriga is a freelance writer, journalist and editor. He currently collaborates with renowned institutions, publishers and advertising agencies, such as El Bulli Lab (Fundació Ferran Adrià), Hoaki, FlandeCoco, Catalunya Turisme and Barcelona Activa, among many others. Garriga is also a lecturer and researcher covering various topics of interest.
Jordi Torras is a photographer from Barcelona. He trained at the GrisArt School with teachers like Manolo Laguillo, Mariano Zuzunaga and Jordi Guillamet, just to name a few. In 2018, he founded his own professional studio, in which he combines his personal work with photographic services for publishers and magazines. He also specialises in food and tattoo photography.
