Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 – 1882) was a famous American essayist, lecturer, and poet who was considered as a leader of Transcendentalist movement in the middle of 19-th century. Gained the worldwide appreciation due to be the “champion” of individualism and a prescient critic of modern society. Transcendentalism was a religious and philosophical movement that developed during the late of 1820 and 1830 in the Eastern region of the United States as a protest against the general state of spirituality.
